Congratulations to all the teams that participated this weekend! I know that many teams placed very high in their pools but missed out in playing in the Gold/Silver finals by some of the point systems used in different divisions. Great job to all the teams- players, coaches and parents!

2004 Bandits Looking for a few good men!

The 2004 Novice Minor team has a few openings on their team. This team is booked into two tournaments and has a great schedule. This is an opportunity to experience spring hockey, meet new friends and create memories that will last a lifetime. The team will have two or three practise / game slots a weekend and will start mid April and run to mid June. Costs are all inclusive, two NHL style keeper jerseys, practise ice and tournaments. Unique to spring hockey tournaments range in price and average about $2000 a tournament. These tournaments usually offer full games. Three 20 minute stop time periods. The 2002 CanWest Bearcats will be kicking off their second spring season on the road, in Yellowknife, N.W.T. The weekend of April 5-8 will consist of an exhibition series against the local Yellowknife Rep team as well as some team bonding events. Our coaches and players are all eagerly awaiting the beginning of what we know will be an excellent year for our boys. Go Bearcats!
